3-D Crystal Lacquer is an easy and exciting way to to apply a 3 dimensional effect to any project. Great for applying to cured polymer clay artwork or jewelry, creating fantasy fairy wings, and enhancing doll eyes, lips and nails. Simply trace and/or fill in the area that you want a dimensional effect on, allow to dry and re-apply if desired for deeper 3 dimensional effects.
The starter kit contains a 2 fl oz bottle of 3-D Crystal Lacquer, 0.6mm applicator tip and cleaning pin.
